«Kandidaten har laget en kolleksjon som har et sterkt
konspet og består av oppdaterte, kommersielle produkter.
Hun har en interessant materialbruk og en klar rød tråd
gjennom kolleksjonen. Presentasjonen bærer preg av god
bruk av bindende elementer som papir, farge, materialer,
bilder og tilbehør, og gir et profesjonelt inntrykk.
Kandidaten har vært ærlig og realistisk med tanke på
kundegruppe, og kolleksjonen virler klar for kommersiell
produksjon.»

Aarvik a place with no shops, a weekly mail delivery, and where fashion and trend are lost, and the weather and daily tasks decides your style. In Aarvik we focus on long lasting products, not only in style, but in colour, material, and size.
For instance, Aarvik treats wax to wool and cotton, to give them an innovative function. Wool is a dynamic fabric known as all breathable, warm and cooling, dependent on the environment. Another aspect of wool is that it is silent, making it a preferred fabric during the hunting season. Adding wax to the wool, it will become more robust, as well as waterproof, and continue to heat, breath and chill.
This season AW20, utilizing traditional fabrics, adding Nordic clean lines, Aarvik meets the Scottish, collaborating in the hunt for cutting edge, functional fashion, respecting decades of traditions.
